“This is a well-kept property that feels newer than many in its class, situated so conveniently close to the University of Iowa hospitals and stadium that a room facing east might even grant a view of Kinnick. The staff's genuine helpfulness and the clean, comfortable rooms, including those with patios, certainly contribute to a positive stay, though it's worth noting the downtown area is a bit of a walk but easily navigable by car or ride-share.”
